4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligibility

• You have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange request.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition with all tags and accessories.
• Final Sale items (listed in Section 2) are only eligible for return if defective. Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Process

1. Email [email protected] within the 15-day window to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
2. Ship the authorized return to the provided address, with the RMA clearly marked. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of warehouse approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
