  2. Receive Authorization & Instructions: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RMA cannot be processed.
  3. Package and Ship: Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the box. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
    Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days.
  5. Completion: Upon approval, we will promptly process your exchange or refund as per your request.

4. Refund Timeline & Method
